Comfort Inn & Suites Covington - Mandeville

The bed was comfortable and the location was excellent and safe.

Make sure the first room they give you does not have stinky damp carpet. The staff changed the room at our request.

The room was spacious and well-maintained, great for a relaxing atmosphere. I appreciated the convenient location, easy to access local attractions.

It was just a little musty Im guessing a older facility. But all in all good place to stay. No indoor pool or jacuzzi if wanted.

The air conditioner was so loud I wouldn't sleep. It was hot outside so I had no choice but to run the A/C. Plus I could not get the WIFI to work, and when I told the front desk she said wow your the only one that is having problems. I have an iPhone and I know how to use WIFI.

Handy location, great breakfast, friendly staff and very comfortable bed.

Microwave in room did not work, but staff let me use the one in the breakfast area when we got the midnight munchies and ate our Copelands leftovers.

I loved the location of my room, the comfort of the bed and choice of firm or soft pillows. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early without any problems.

I didn't like the breakfast time of 6-9. We missed breakfast because we slept in, no one wants to get up early on a leisure trip. I hope the time is extended to at least 10:30, like the Clairon located across the street.

I tried 3 different rooms, 2 of them the key did not work and the 3rd had a king when I asked for 2 queen beds. The 4th was all the way at the end if the hall. I am handicapped and to have me back n forth checking the room was unbearable. Where was the professionalism and curtesy of this establishment. I was and still am disappointed. I should be compensated for my inconvenient. I don't think I will use this Hotel again.

A very affordable hotel, clean, good size room, friendly staff.

Not enough variety at breakfast and no fresh fruit. Coffee was watery. Ice machine didn't work. Elevator would not come to our floor, but was eventually fixed. Air conditioning in lobby was not working at one point.

Breakfast was very good. Great location for our purpose.

We booked a Queen Room with two Queen Beds but when we checked in they put us in a King with a Sofa Bed. When I asked to switch so we could have two real beds, the front desk girl smiled and said, "Sorry that's all we have." Our room smelled musty, you didn't notice it much after you were in it for a few minutes but every time you came in from the hall it hit you with a musty/dampness. And what is up with the toilet paper dispenser being over 2 feet from the toilet? You have to come off the toilet to get paper.

Huge and good-sized rooms with flatscreen TVs and a couch, as for instance. Handy location, in the middle of Covington.
